Khan and Bell was an alternative clothes shop on Hurst Street, situated where the side entrance to the Arcadian Centre now sits. The shop was the epicentre of the punk and new wave scene in the city, with Pattie Bell being regarded as a contemporary of Vivienne Westwood.
